Responsibilities

We are looking for a Tele Sales Executive who generates the sales leads either by cold calling or answering requests in a fast-paced environment. Candidates have to call the customers and explain about offers.

  • Responsible for hiring, training and managing the performance of the buy-side, sell-side and after sales teams along with the alternate trade channels of franchise operations.
  • Responsible for overall territory/business development and P& L responsibility for the market
  • Monitor and work closely with a senior team of Channel leads, Territory managers, inspection engineers, telecallers, team leaders, relationship managers and procurement executives
  • Working with the analytics team on a wide range of data points and drawing logical inferences to be factored in the business decision-makin
