Role & responsibilities 

Handle international customer queries related to technical issues via calls.
Diagnose and troubleshoot problems related to devices, software, network connectivity, and applications.
Provide step-by-step technical assistance with clear communication.
Document customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system accurately.
Escalate unresolved issues to higher technical teams when required.

Preferred candidate profile

Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
Basic understanding of networking concepts hardware/software troubleshooting.
Comfortable with night shifts and rotational offs.
Strong problem-solving skills and customer-handling ability.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
